I changed my direct debit date for the 30th but they have charged me today with my old direct debit date and they haven’t even taken the correct amount the £15 credit hasn’t been added for my package and the new direct debit is still due to come out 🫤 , the person on WhatsApp assured me it was all sorted when I spoke to him to change my direct debit date can someone please help me sort this out.
