Can you confirm what an exisiting customer who has been transferred over from Oooomph to Volt Ultimate should be paying please. Aside of the Netflix issue where I am paying extra for the package (hopefully resolved) I was quoted £85 for broadband/TV + £25 for the O2 contract.
Yet I see your advertising plus comments on here clearly stating that the cost of Volt is £85 including O2.
Is my cost of £110 for Volt Ultimate correct? Or:
- Am I paying more for Gig1
- have i been ripped off
- is that correct that exisiting customers transferring over pay more thannew customers

That is about the going rate for existing customers , new customers always get a better rate!
