I am wondering if i can get some help regarding my current contract issue.
I previously had various help from Virgin Media staff on this community forum. I was sent various correspondence and my account issues were resolved.
This was great but i had the details that my contract was going to end as of August this year as i had it since February 2022. However i had some other minor issues that were resolved but this reset my contract to start in June of 2022 which is incorrect.
I am wanting to cancel my contract as i am giving the 30 days notice. I have not called the contact centre as i don't believe they will understand my issue and just cause more confusion. Please can i get some help from the Virgin Media staff who are a part of this community. It would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jess,
I'm afraid the forum staff don't have access to the cancellation or regrade systems.
You could try the online cancellation route where you can either cancel or negotiate a new deal with them.

You can also cancel, or negotiate a new deal by calling either 150 from a VM landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, call around 8am if possible when lines first open and are least busy.
If you don't want to be tied up on the phone you could also you can text VM on 0753 305 1809 or speak to the team on WhatsApp on 0730 532 7112.This often takes 4-6 hours- phone calls take priority.
You can also cancel using the good old fashioned Royal Mail. If writing include all of your account details and send it by registered (signed for) post to
