Hey,
I recently joined Virgin broadband. I'm currently an O2 monthly customer also. When I follow the links to connect both, I just get put in a cycle of following each link to the other website.
I'm logged into both accounts but they don't seem to register that.
Would appreciate any help!

Hey Duocar, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, I am sorry to hear you are struggling to link both accounts together for the Volt benefits.
To do this please follow this link and then follow the instructions and it will allow you to activate it.
Once this has been it can take 14 days to be added.
Please also remember you would need to sign up to your online account.
