Connect app doesn't show how to order pod

I have VM Volt M200 and would like to have a WiFi pod sent to me as the WiFi in my office is very slow and drops out.

I used the connect app to scan, giving me 2mbps in my office, but there is no option to request for a pod to be sent out.

Could somebody order one for me?

Hi @Thesoso 

The mesh wifi  pods now come with a speed guarantee . See the following page for details, including  how to order online via My Virgin Media or through the Connect app

You can also call the direct number 0800 064 3850 to order a pod (they will only send out one at a time, and there must be an interval of at least one week before a second order will be accepted)

They are free if you are on the Gig1 package, or Ultimate Oomph, or on a Volt bundle, however if you are on any other package then they £8  a month.

Hi and thanks for the reply.

As mentioned in my initial message, the apps do not have a button where I can order these. 

I have run the test in the virgin media connect app, which came back as poor (2mbps) in my office. But nowhere to order these.

I am a volt m200 customer, just tried calling customer services but the call was terminated at virgins end after 26 minutes.

Can this be resolved here, like it has for other customers? I am eligible for a free pod.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues with WiFi and for the difficulty in requesting a WiFi Pod. 

I've checked our systems and can see you managed to speak with our team since posting and they have ordered a Pod for you- this is in transit 🙂

Once received, follow the steps here to set up the WiFi Pod 🙂
