I've just been on the telephone to change my package and sign up for another 18 months.
When the email confirmation came through its from OK not Virgin Media - is this OK???
They also included a free sim card which apparantly is ''Free''?

Er....no. You have obviously been put on a Volt package. But the SIM has to be paid for separately to your Virgin Media account.
