Hi,
I was moved onto the Volt M100 package in January 2022 as this was the cheapest option. In the last few days I have moved onto a new package as the cost had gone up substantially. However I seem to be having difficulty locating how to cancel the £13 that I’ll presumably still be paying 02 (as my package has changed this now seems completely unnecessary). When I spoke to Virgin to make the changes, they said the cancellation had to be done through 02.

As the SIM is with O2 you do need to phone O2, just select the 'leaving option'.

Thanks for posting, as roy247 has advised, as your phone is now with O2 you would need to contact them directly as we don't have access to their systems.
