Cancelled all services cant view my final o2 bill as it says I have no products or services?

How do I view my final Volt o2 bill if when I log onto my o2 it says I have no products or services there appears to be no other way. I can view the final bill for the rest of my package with virgin ok but not with the o2 side yet another example of a shambolic set up.

Welcome back to the Community Forums, and thanks for posting.

I'm sorry to hear you've cancelled your services with us and O2, and are having some trouble viewing your final O2 Bill. You can check your final bill directly through My O2 online, but not through the My O2 mobile app once you have been disconnected as this stops working when your services are terminated.

The bill may not show straight away as it is only produced within 14 days after you've fully disconnected.
