I signed up for a volt package a few weeks ago which includes netflix but can’t get the payment to transfer over to virgin. I’ve logged on to Netflix via my virgin box and the info given said this should transfer payment automatically as long as the email addresses are the same on both accounts - they are and it didn’t work. Virgin chat have told me I should have had an email code - i’ve never had one and in any case they couldn’t explain where I needed to enter this code. I’ve found the ‘ activate netflix’ button on my virgin account but when I press this I just an error code! I’ve tried complaining to virgin - they just tell me to do the same things that don’t work!! Aaaargh!! Any ideas?!

Are you able to try and sign in to your My Virgin Media account online on the web and see if it takes you through to the page?
Please also clear cache and cookies / try another browser or device as well.
