I just set a date where the engineer has to come at our house and install what we need for the broadband, tv and phone wirings. But now I needed to register my account because I’m a new customer, and everytime I make a password it keeps spitting back that I’m not allowed to use this password. I have changed it almost 10 times now. What do i do?!

Clear cache and cookies
Another browser or device
Download the My Virgin Media app and complete registration from there

I have tried all those steps and it is still not allowing me to log in even after using very different passwords.
