I got a call saying they are from virgin media I normally dnt attend but today the guy gave me his name etc and said its 20th anniversary so they are giving promotions since then no signals on my mobile he didn’t not ask about my bank details he knew already but now it seems like a fraud they sent me email but it does not seem to be a valid address what should I do they said promotion will start on 5th October

Hi @SimraAli16 

Have you tried rebooting your mobile to see if it starts working again?

Do you only have  mobile with VM, or do you also have a media package ie, broadband, landline, tv with VM?
