Broadband volt speed not updated

I'm still waiting for broadband speed boost. Applied on 29th July. 

It was added to my O2 mobile on 3rd August but nothing on broadband?

What's best way to contact Virgin to sort this?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you haven't had your speed uplift since taking out your O2 Sim.

When did you register this with O2, it can take 14 days from the date registered not including weekends?

Not sure I understand, sorry.

I applied for Volt speed boost on 29 July, as mentioned. O2 sent text message on 3rd August to confirm Volt applied.

I've been with O2 for some time, 18 months or so, so I applied for Volt when my Virgin broadband went live on 29th July. So issue appears to be with Virgin and not O2?
