When will my broadband speed boost be applied?

got the O2 email to confirm volt benefits have been applied on the 27th July 

but as yet broadband speed boost not applied both accounts are registered at the same address

Can you confirm the date you applied for the Broadband speed boost?

Exactly the same for me with the same dates. Volt bolt on applied to my o2 account on 27th July, told it would be applied to my Virgin broadband within 14 days but has not happened. This is supposed to be automatic and can see no way of manually applying for this.

Many thanks, hub just rebooted to new speed and got email confirmation!

Volt was applied to my O2 account on the 27th July broadband speed boost was supposed to be applied automatically within two weeks but has not happened
