Broadband Speed Increase Not Received (Another One)

Hi all,

It has been two months since I joined VM and I have had an O2 account for over a year already.  I have M350 broadband and was expecting a boost to M500.  I have already received double data on my O2 account, etc.  My address is the same on both accounts, etc and I am already receiving the other benefits, just not the speed upgrade.

Sorry to hear you've not received the Volt benefits on your cable account.
