Hi Everyone/ Anyone,

I recently upgraded my package to the Volt 200gb with free boosters .. I done speed tests as attached and was confirmed to be eligible for at least one booster for time being. I have 2 kids which need reliable connections in there rooms.. can I speak to someone from virgin about this or be pointed in right direction to have this resolved. I believe I will need at least 2 boosters but need to order one at a time as per virgins terms.. any help much appreciated..

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, I can see you did reach out earlier last Month in regards to the above issue and was given advice to follow by newapollo, have you tried everything advised in regards to ordering our Pods?
