Bill from o2

Just signed up to new package. O2 SIM card came as part of this. Now being billed £25 from o2 as well as my virgin package bill. Can anyone tell me why? Also how can I live chat with virgin ti find out why. I was under the impression the sim was free as part of the deal

Packages normally come with a headline price that is  comprised of separate contracts for both 02 and VM. What package do you have?

I have the ultimate bundle offer. Was told it was £85 per month. Now have an email from o2 with a £25 bill?

So it’s not £85 virgin bill plus an additional £25 to o2? I’m confused because o2 emailed separately saying my bill for them was £25? I was told monthly charges would be £85. Wasn’t told it would be £85 plus £25.

It can be confusing as 02 and VM haven't yet fully merged their billing etc but if you look at the split above again it is actually £60 to VM and £25 to O2 = £85 package total.

Thank you. I was worried when I’m trying to minimise outgoings that’s my bill had went up in price and not down
