Benefits not showing on Virgin side

Hi,

My volt benefits are showing on O2 but they're now showing on Virgin. When I contacted virgin to rectify, they offered me an upgrade (that I'd have to pay for) so I could get the benefits to work on their system. Surely that's not how it works?

How do I get the benefits to show on virgin side too?

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue with your benefits, can you confirm when you registered for the benefits? This can take up to 14 days to fully sync up onto both accounts.
