Hi,
Wondered if I can get a member of VM to DM me to get this checked.
Joined o2 mobile at the start of January. Virgin Media/NTL customer since 2005.
Both accounts have the same address.
o2 side of the Volt benefits have been applied swiftly, but no sign that the VM side have been e.g. no speed upgrade on Broadband.
Can I get this investigated please?

You will be quicker to ring customer service and they have to take details of your 02 sim so they can process it for you
