Agent Verification

I recently got a quote for TV, Broadband and landline online and then a Virgin Media agent knocked on my door to try and sign me up with discounted deals. I have no issues with this but how do I confirm the agent is legitimate. Thanks.

Thanks for getting in touch. Always best to err on the side of caution. Did the agent give their employee number or details at all? I can search for their ID on our systems.
