Activating Volt Benefits

Had Volt double data benefits with O2 activated since 29 July but cannot seem to get the Supercharged broadband element activated on my virgin media account despite multiple attempts and customer service enquiries. Have sent screenshot of O2 approval and tried using the VM Connect App but it won't let me log in. Can someone help me sort this please?!

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with activating the Volt benefits from our side.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.

If you can check your logo at the  top right of your screen that would be great.
