So I’ve opted for 1130 package with volt virgin / O2 

it says I can order 3x pods to help with poor Wi-Fi 

but I cant find where I order these ???

help please

WiFi Pods are part of WiFi Max with the WiFi Guarantee.

You'll get up to 3 if you need them to get 20Mbit in every room. You don't automatically get 3 in one go.

You can use either the Connect app or online diagnostics to order the first Pod, after they identify you have less than 20Mbit from the speed tests.
