Having been extremely pleased with the performance of my Volt 1Gb download and 100Mb upload I was happy to renew for another 18 months. I was told that it couldn't be put through at 1Gb because of some internal issue and would initially appear as 500Mb, but reverting back to 1Gb after 72 hours. It's now been over 200 hours and my speed is still capped at 500Mb. It was a renewal, nothing changed at all, so I don't see why they had to poke around with the speed. Is this likely to be fixed or do I need to take more holidays to try and contact CS by phone?
