02 SIM Card - Stressed Out!!

So disappointed with VM. I received a bill for unpaid amount of the 02 SIM card which I have never activated (threw it in the draw). Paid over £50 to cancel the agreement after an hour long phone call with 02.

Last week received another bill for the same amount! Spent a further hour on the phone to 02, they cancelled the contract but said I had to pay the VAT!! Agreed just to be shot of this situation. They said they would send a final statement for the VAT.

Lo and behold, today I receive a statement for another £50+ pounds and a threat of a debt agency! Enough is enough now, I've been with VM since Cabletel days but if this situation is not resolved ASAP I will be cancelling the whole contract which is well over £100 a month.
