viewing apps via VM broadband on Sony tv not loading

Hello

I have enjoyed viewing BBC iplayer on my Sony Bravia via wired connection to the VM Hub 3.0. Last week whilst organising cables the hub fell over from its vertical position. Since then I've not been able to watch anything on iPlayer! I can see the apps (Netflix, iplayer, BBC news etc etc) and can select iplayer but beyond that i either get a "Please wait. Loading" message or the circulating 'loading' indicator. I've checked all the connections, disconnected, reconnected, switched off, reset and still nothing. I've checked broadband service via VM my account which says all is fine. Checking "settings" on the TV shows 'connected'.

Any ideas on where to go from here please?

Have you checked that the V6 box is connected to the network?

On your V6 box, go to Help & Settings > Settings > Network > View Network Status and make sure it says connected

You can force a reconnection by going to Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media Service now

I'm not using the V6 box. I'm only connecting the TV via VM broadband.
