upgrading my tv package

Upgraded my TV package 4 days ago online. Just wondering how long it takes because although I received an email saying we've got your order I've heard nothing since. Tried the chat facility which is pointless as no one ever replies. When I last upgraded my TV it was done in a few hours. Been with Virgin for 20 years and really think it's time to go. Service is appalling compared to what it was.

Online upgrading doesn’t work. Call 150.
