upgrade secondbox

  • had a letter about upgrade second my second box and i have all ready lost channels and  because of covid  and web page saying only urgent calls so is there any chance they could send out a new box please as i had two letters about this so someone is sending these out so a box shouldn,t be a problem

Thank you so much for your reply#I was going to send a box out but I would like to get this fixed asap

So an engineer will be coming round tomorrow morning 18/07 between 8-12 midday
