getting this now think its time for a change

  • Your account is in order

  • Your TV box is online

  • There is no issue in the area

  • Your TV box needs to be rebooted

Let's see if a quick manual reboot fixes solves your problem

Do you have a TiVo or a V6? If you're not sure, please check here 

Have you been able to reboot the box, and has it restored ok? You can reboot using Home > Help & Settings > Clear or reset TiVo box

Well its getting better now all my services are off now thats sorted the the box out why dint I think of that

Its a tivio and no point in rebooting it as all services are down

internet is back and home phone is ok , as for the tv box not connected but sky box back on  just got free view give uo on the tivio

Thanks for confirming, can we please confirm if you've already been through the below steps on the Tivo box:

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

yes have done that many times box will work for a few hours then it reboots it self so anything  we want to record goes out the window
