An engineering came to fit a second box. However, the sky sports package is missing from our new box but still works on our original v6 box.
Already tried resetting the box and refreshing missing channels in settings.
Can't get through to a customer service representative.
Any help is welcome.
If you have already tried the TV Care option for "I'm missing some channels", then your next step is to call C/S and report the missing channels.
VM staff work their way through posts on here, but it can take a few days... calling in is likely to be quicker 😉

I have had a look at the box and can see that the channels were not added to it on our system
You did call last week and got this fixed
Can I please ask if everything is okay now
