remote control control for visually impaired people

Hi,

My parents (age 86yrs) have had a high definition white controller x 2 for several years, and we need to renew them. My mother is visually impaired.

I have contacted customer services several times, (all staff are very nice) and they start off saying they don’t have them anymore, then when I ask them to double check, they confirm they have them, and then order them for us, we have now received 8 black (not hi def)  remotes, which my mother cannot use.

Please, can anyone confirm if virgin media  have these white high definition white controllers?
