My tv box has a fault, its flashing white and red. I have tried to rest it and also unplugged it and hold the plus and standby buttons as suggested by other posts but it is still not working.
I can't get through to the support on the phone to Virgin Media service desk.
How do I get a replacement box or get this issue sorted please?
