Welcome to our Community Forum and thanks for posting. If you have more than one TV box, does it happen just on one box or on all of them? Also is the pixelation happening on both SD and HD channels? Please give us more information so we can help.
I have two boxes and happens on just the one. Across variety of channels. I called help line and was advised bu second level response there was a very weak signal so engineer visit arranged for Monday.
Whilst earlier only one box has problem with pixelated picture, at 20.30pm I experienced for the first time problem - complete loss of most of channels - now with additional box (code 7400). I rebooted and reconnected to router but This hasn’t resolved problem and advice page suggests call but 150. I did this but automated message confirmed engineer appointment arranged. Given this is new problem what do I do?
