it’s impossible to get help
Because there's a fault.
Reboot your box once to eliminate software gremlins, but otherwise pixellation & broken pictures are symptomatic of a poor TV signal, which is caused by a box or cabling fault somewhere.
Out of interest, is there any BT Sport channel specifically, that is affected? (There are 4)
Check your local area for known faults (0800 5610061) and if nothing's reported, then call it in yourself. 150 from a landline, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Hi. Channels affected are
It seems to be a lot of HD channels affected but not all of them.
BTsport1HD and BTsport2HD affected but BTsport3HD is fine.
Just by means of a quick "rough & ready" test, check the following other channels that share broadcast frequencies and therefore would also be affected by signal issues...
BT Sport 1HD: Shares with BT Sport ESPN HD, Sky Disney HD, Sky One HD, Sky Premier HD
BT Sport 2HD: Shares with Sky Sports PL HD, ITV-Be HD, Sky News HD, Nick HD, MTV HD, Sky Nature HD
If any of those channels are also affected, it would all but confirm a signal fault as I mentioned previously.
