i paused our sky sports subscription at the end of march beginning of lock down but have not seen a reduction in our monthly bills, can some one from virgin media please help me

How did you put the pause request through to us?
Did you get any confirmation emails from the team advising that sports had been paused on your package?
i did it through the link on the virgin media website it said it would be processed but i dont recall getting a confirmation
I have looked into your account and cannot see any request that has been made to pause Sky Sports. When you submitted the form did it go through correctly?
yes i completed it correctly
