My contract just finishes on 1st of april, and i was paying £40.00 for broadband Tv and the land line.
Now it upgrated by it self charging me £61.50 from the april which i can not afford.
I have tried everything to get i touch with the customer services But I am not able to get through.

Checking your contract and every bill, you will likely find that this is the contracted increase in your charges following the end of your minimum period.
You need to contact Virgin Media to either cancel your services or negotiate a lower price in return for a new minimum period.
As you might expect, all those Virgin Media staff still working are very busy and response times are long.
There are two main options to contact:

Thanks for your reply. I have tried calling them quite few times but after 33 minutes the call just drops.
