overcharging

Hi

please can you explain why when I have contacted by Virgin by phone told I need to upgrade my virgin box - I was happy with my last box and had the basic package.

I now have a new virgin box with basic package and was reassured on the phone at the time  my bills will remain the same. I was told I needed an new box as the old would become unuseable.

my bills have now gone up £20 for the same service! in which case I want to go back to my old box and pricing! I am still viewing the same channels!

I would like my bill reduced back to £46.00 please

This is unlikely to be to do with your box change.

Please check your contract and all your bills which document when any discounts you have drop off and you pay the full price for your services.
