new tv remote

How do I order a new tv remote? no online chat to ask. No options on phone menu. when I request a text message to send me a link to help, I dont get a text message.

You need to phone in, TV faults is the menu selection. Hang up when the system offers to test your connection and phone back within 10 mins and that'll by pass the automatic test offer.
