I agreed a new deal today but not had promised email confirmation and it does not show on my virgin account either. my bill has also not changed accordingly. how long will this all take
When I agreed a new deal I received an email the next day, when it also showed on my account.

i have now had the new contract at 15.88 more than the price i agreed on the phone

Luckily I had the retention number in my history so they helped me. Good job as customer services as good as useless and pretty obstructive
