need new tevo box

i need help ordering a new tv box ive have my tevo since they first came out,the hard drive has been dying for a while but now has gone worse crashing on recordings.Going round in circles on the phone and been waiting 24 hours for a human to reply on live chat please help

You can try using the text message service on 07533 051809, otherwise VM staff will respond to posts after about a week.

I wouldn't suggest giving up on calling through in the meantime, perhaps try calling earlier in the day.
