I just updated my TV ap, when I restarted it asked for username and password, does not recognise my email as valid username, was fine yesterday when I logged on. Same with my Virgin Customer account, says not a valid email.
Having tried multiple times to log on to the app and my account I kept getting message invalid account name, I presumes what you say, wrong account deleted. I just tried again and it all worked fine, logged in no problem, and the app has updated. The email I asked to be deleted is still up and running.
