error code 7400

hi i have tonight setup the tivo box and i am getting error code 7400 - tried a few restarts no luck.

You'll need to have it activated, call 0800 953 950 and have your account number and area reference ready alongside CVP to speak to an agent who can activate it, or it'll be done via IVR. Unsure if the team are open currently, however.

Looks like Aaron mistyped the number in the previous post - it should be 0800 9539500.
