customer neglect

VM increase bill figures every year, sanction loyal customers, remove their old programmes, replace them with black and white films, ignore their calls, postpone offering new TV boxes, and then offer an upgrade, is that what they should be doing?

HI NerinaInce, thanks for the message and sorry to hear about the experience which you have had with us. We would change the box for you if there is a fault or this can be done via the upgrades team. We would only change the box at update if the current box needs replacing. ^Chris.
