c130 and w02 errors

says network cable unplugged but it isn't. Only when i watch on demand or catch up it happens every few minutes, any help appreciated

Hi what box do you have a V6 or a TiVo, if the former how is it connected to the hub.Regards Micky

Hi John, thanks for the reply. I've been on to the virgin media help team and they are sending out a new box as mine is 8-9 years old. Hopefully this will resolve the issues
