Recently started having issues with blocky channels, its happening over most of the channels now but not all the time, ive tried all the cables and all are tight, ive reset the tivo box but issue is still ongoing, ive done 6 plus tests on the virgin site but everyone fails
area codes stread over the whole of the UK. they are not geographic area its related to billing area from the pre merge.
Pixalting channels is normally signal problems or overheating boxes. check all the coax cables are secure and not damaged and the box is well ventilated. If they that doesn't;t wor you may need a VM tech out
Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. I am sorry for the TV issue. I've ran a check on our systems today and there is a congestion issue affecting the service. F007914054 is the reference number. The estimated fix date is the 3rd June 2020.
