my YouTube on my telly just keeps saying loading then goes off
Are you using a TiVo or a V6 box? If you're not sure, check here
Are you able to use other streaming apps?

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues when using YouTube. If you are still experiencing this issue, can you please advise if the set top box is connected to the Hub directly or through WiFi?
