Youtube not Working

When the Youtube app is opened on virgin tv, it just shows a loading sign and doesn't open the app, the only way i figured out how to open it was from the features at the top of the home screen however that is no longer there so i have no way of accessing the app, i have done 3 connection tests and they haven’t changed anything (everything has a tick and says its working perfectly fine) all other apps like netflix and such are working and i am not sure what to do, the box is connected by ethernet if that helps any. I have never had this problem before and it sucks that it happened right at quarantine, Any help would be appreciated. thank you

Hi there, 

Can I ask how it is you are accessing the Youtube application? 

Are you going via the channel 198 or via the Home Screen (apps and games, all apps, Youtube. 

Can I ask you to try reconnecting to the network in an attempt to resolve this.

You can do this here by following these instructions:

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

If this doesn't help, just let me know!

i am accessing it from channel 198 and the home screen and neither are working, and i have tried reconnecting to the network but each time it says everything is working fine, not sure what to do next

Hi, YouTube not working. Just a circle trying to connect. Been and done the settings, turned both boxes off and on,and checked service in area checked cable. What else is to try..

It's doing this on my V6 box, but my 5 year old 1tb TiVo is working, just as slow and clunky as usual.

Same for me just loading screen on 2 v6 boxes. One is connected by Ethernet.
