Hi my YouTube doesn’t work about a week now tried to fix it through the reboot and settings but nothing

Can we please confirm if the Tivo box is connected through ethernet or WiFi? 

 

Have you already run through the below steps? 

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

Hi box is connected with internet cable not WiFi and yes I’ve tried to connect through settings

Can you describe the steps taken to access Youtube and what error messages do you get?
