I have not been able to log on to YouTube, I get error message A01, Network Cable Unplugged. Everything is plugged in, get all the other services on the TV, so why no YouTube. Have restarted TIVO Box but no luck.
Firstly do you have a TiVo or a V6? If you're not sure, check here
I'm going to assume a TiVo, so if it's a V6, ignore this advice 🙂
When you say all the other services on your box work ok, does that include OnDemand or, say BBC iPlayer? If, as I suspect, it doesn't, the underlying reason could be your box has lost its internet connection.
On the front-left of the box you have 3 green lights. Second from left (next to a "heart" symbol) is the "online" light which should be solidly on. Is it on, or flashing?
If you follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, does your box report connected ok?

Hi, Thanks for reply, in end turned WIFI box on/off and it has rectified problem. Couldn't do that last night so waited till this afternoon, and well it sorted it. Thank you for your reply. Kind regards
