Wrong price on contract upgrade

So today. I decided to upgrade my broadband bundle to include mix tv, and was told by virgin chat person that if i had the weekend calls and line rental package with it, it would only be £61 instead of the £71, get me contact through and it states £71 not £61 that i was offered, need this sorting please, tried. To get through to the billing team but no luck

Hello, I am having th same issue. I have already raised a complaint but need this sorting asap so I can cancel the contract if it is not resolved within 2 weeks. Thank you.
