Where to contact?

My contract expires in just over a month, so I assume the prices will go up. How do I check & renegotiate for the next year?

The phone call service centers encourage you to go on-line. They said they’d send a link - that never arrived. When I go to my on-line account & select “see all upgrades and offers”, I get a “Oops something went wrong” page.

Any thoughts?

Re: Where to contact?

Hello

The call centers are open just very busy which is why they are saying closed, best time to call is 8am.

With regards to re-negotiating of contract I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.

Due to the current situation there is a text message only service is available via: 07533051809 Just send a text with the issue you are facing and someone will get back to you as soon as they can. Please bear in mind at this time this service does also have a high load and may take quite some time getting back to you. You can also call in on 150 or 0345 454 1111 best times to call are first thing in the morning, use the option "Thinking of leaving", but again wait times my be long.

Re: Where to contact?

Thanks Mike.
Yes, I tried the phone route & did that - got nowhere. Even their automated link didn't work. I'll try the text.
Best wishes.
