Where am I logged in?

Sky Sports - you have reached your device limit! Really? I've not watched Sky Sports in months, never mind on a device.

I wanted to watch F1 qualifying on my iPad. Wouldn't allow me to watch. Says only 1 device at a time may be logged in. Very unhelpful pop-up message. No idea where I'm logged in?

Went to phone. Opened the app. Explicitly logged out. Still wouldn't work.

Went to a browser on a PC (one of many) and ensured I was logged out.

Still couldn't get in on the iPad. Logged out. Logged in again!

Huge frustration. Missed the qualifying in the rain in Austria.

Simple question. Where do I find which devices are 'logged in' so they can be logged out?

Another question/suggestion. Why is the app so dumb, given the device limits, to stay logged in when it terminates?

Completely understand wanting to restrict/limit number of devices but make it work properly! Tell me where I'm logged in so I can decide how to proceed.

Re: Where am I logged in?

Using a different browser will be seen as a different device, is this the case?

Re: Where am I logged in?

Yes, it would be the case. But no way to know which I've used where.

Hence the question. Where can I go to see where I'm logged in?

Which would make it easy to see which devices/browsers were in use.

Hello DaleW

Sorry to hear about the issue with your registered devices

Have you been able to get this fixed since your post

If not, let me know and I can help you get your F1 fix sorted

Re: Where am I logged in?

Hi Gareth,

Hope you can help figure out where I'm logged in.

Whether its F1/other sport, this should be simple. Obvious functionality you'd think. Apparently not.

Let me know?

Dale.

Re: Where am I logged in?

Hi Dale,

If you log into TV Go and select Device Management. You will then have the option of selecting Sky Devices under your Virgin TV devices.

Clicking on this will take you to the devices you have available to delete or to add to

Are you able to find this and make the alterations?

Kindest regards,

Re: Where am I logged in?

Hi David,

I'm able to register devices on TV Go specifically for Virgin Media. It doesn't mention Sky Sports. But you can login to Sky with a Virgin Media login.

There is a distinction between registered devices and devices that are logged in.

I have 5 registered devices. Its possible to login and watch sky sports via a browser on a PC too (doesn't count as a device, or does it).

The popup message when I tried to watch Sky Sports was that I was already logged in elsewhere and only 1 device at a time could be used. This is all very well if the message said where/which devices were logged in.

This is what I'm trying to determine. Where am I "logged in", whether it be devices or browsers.

I explicitly opened and logged out of all devices but it still wouldn't allow me to watch. From there on its guessing game on which of about 6+ options for browsers to fiddle about with.

Regards,

Dale.

Re: Where am I logged in?

Accidentally discovered that this feature, adding Sky Devices, is available via the website. Not available on the TVGo iphone app. Shows I have 3 devices registered there.
